Jack and Becky have been in the ministry together for the last 31 years. Jack's first place of service was a restart in Waco, Texas when he was a Baylor student. They have served in churches both large and small from that restart with 25 people and then at Calvary where they saw the church grow from 250 to over 700 in attendance every Sunday.
Jack and Becky have been married for 31 years. They begin their ministry with a restart of Chalk Bluff Baptist in Waco, Texas. They served there while they were Baylor students from 1973 – 1979.
In 1979 after Jack Graduated from Southwestern Seminary they moved from Texas to Wagarville, Al. There Jack served as pastor of Wagarville Baptist Church from 1979 – 1984. It was also during this time that their two sons Brant and Michael were born.
In 1984 they move to Salem, Al near the Georgia state line to serve as pastor of Concord Baptist 1984 – 1991. Then in 1991 they moved across the state line to Columbus, Georgia where Jack served as Sr. Assc. Pastor at Calvary Baptist from 1991 – 2000.
In July of 2000 Jack and Becky moved to the Bay area as missionaries. Jack's first work was as Church Planting Consultant for the California Southern Baptist Convention and then as Director of Mission: CostaMeda Baptist Association.
For the last six years Jack’s ministry has centered around helping start and restart churches in the CostaMeda Baptist Association.
